Lease Consultancy - Flexible Working

Woodhouse Property Recruitment are assisting a high-profile national consultancy, who are looking to expand their Lease Consultancy team. The role will be based in their Birmingham office, with any travel being no further than a 1-hour radius of Birmingham.

In this role, your work will involve advising internal departments, as well as both public and private sector clients on Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, and Re-gears for all core commercial property types. Your work will have you working with both Landlords & Occupiers, although experience working on the Occupier side will be beneficial for this role.
