Estates Surveyor - East Midlands - £40/hour - 6 Months+

An interim Estates Surveyor position with one of the Local Authorities in the East Midlands has just been called into myself, looking for an MRICS/FRICS Surveyor for a period of 6 months (minimum).

Responsibilities include:

• Landlord and Tenant
• Lease renewals
• Rent reviews
• Minor land disposals
• Asset valuations

The Council do not need someone who is a Registered Valuer (although it would be desirable), however it is essential to be Chartered with the RICS for this post.

They currently work remotely but are looking to move to a hybrid model in September (1-2 days per week in office) so you would need to be open to attending the Council offices every Monday along with site visits.

This post is simply a result of a current employee retiring, and on a personal level, we have had contractors placed on this team prior who could not rate the team culture and leadership more highly.
