Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for Chartered Building Surveyor to join an awarding winning multi-discipline practice in London. My clients vibrant and modern offices are within a seven minute walk from London Bridge Station. As the new normal continues the firm is still promoting flexible working.

The organisation operates in the residential, education, commercial and industrial sectors. They provide accurate construction advice across the built environment. Projects range from £500k - £2million, schemes are located within London and the surrounding Home Counties.

We are looking for an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor who is looking to continue furthering their development. You will be exposed to all forms of traditional building surveying and will lead programmes from inception to completion. There is a career development scheme available which offers a clear path to full Partnership status.
