Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

One the UK’s leading multi-discipline practices is looking for a Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor to join their Winchester offices.

The organisation is a dynamic and forward-thinking outfit, the current Building Surveying department is made up of over twenty professionals from Assistant to Partner level. The organisation has built up a reputable reputation in the market, they manage a prestigious client portfolio and undertake ‘sexy’ projects.

Due to natural expansion plans and an increase in instructions we are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team. The building surveying department is currently delivering surveys and project work across Winchester and surrounding areas. You will lead several programmes from inception to completion with a value up to £5million.

About the Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver’s licence
