Want to work for an established multi-discipline practice in Kent? An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a progressive building consultancy. My client prides themselves in delivering accurate construction advice across the private & public residential, education and commercial sectors.

Role:

This is a traditional building surveying role which focuses on projects however there is an element of professional services. You will deliver several multi-million pound schemes from inception to completion. Managing and leading external stakeholders, playing an integral part in maintenance, new build and repair programmes and undertaking employers agent duties.

Senior Building Surveyor:

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be Chartered MRICS or MCIOB, you will have proven project experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a positive 'can do' attitude. You will also have a Full UK driver's licence.
