Job title: Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Location: London

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to join a medium sized practice in London. The leading sector specialist is looking for a confident and professional individual to assist the Director and support a small group of junior surveyors. You will deliver projects from inception to completion whilst managing external stakeholder relationships. The role is ideal for an ambitious surveyor who is looking to achieve full Directorship status.

• Building surveys
• Dilapidations
• Party wall matters
• Contract administration
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Feasibility studies
• Schedules of condition
• Employers agent duties

About the Senior/Associate Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Client facing
• Fee earning experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
