Want to be a part of a forward thinking multi-discipline practice, a business that has made and assisted over £1.7bn investment transactions since 2018? An awarding winning practice is looking to add an APC Building Surveyor to their London office.

Role

A key member of the team supporting the Lead Partner in London, providing traditional building surveying services across the commercial and industrial sectors. The division is currently undertaking a wide variety of instructions for both investor and occupier clients.

• Schedules of dilapidations (Landlord and Tenant)
• Planned maintenance programmes
• TDD/building surveys
• Contract administration
• Project management
• Schedules of work
• Feasibility studies

APC Building Surveyor:

A confident and motivated professional who has a minimum of 18 months commercial building surveying experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with having a 'can do' attitude. A passionate individual who pays close attention to detail.
