CLERK OF WORKS - Opportunity for a Clerk of Works with complex commercial experience - 6 - 9 month duration

Your new company
As a Clerk of Works you will join an NHS Trust based in the Somerset region - one of the largest healthcare estates in the South West.

Your new role
As a qualified Clerk of Works you will act on behalf of the NHS to support the delivery of a wide range of capital building projects, ranging from small refurbishments through to multi-million pound new build projects. Your role will involve the inspection of workmanship and quality of work, with a specific focus on health & safety, alongside checking that building plans / design has been followed correctly.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have a background in working as a Clerk of Works / Supervisor / Site Manager on a complex commercial building project - ideally within a healthcare environment.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a contract with duration of up to 6 months, which is likely to extend beyond this point. Further to this you'll receive a daily rate of pay, payable on a weekly basis across your contract period.
