Graduate/ Intermediate Building Surveyor

Permanent role for a graduate/ intermediate building surveyor working with a Cheshire based consultancy.

Your new company
Cheshire based consultancy where you will be working as part of a team of four. They predominantly look after commercial and industrial sector properties which include, offices, warehouses and some high rise residential properties. You will be working in beautiful Cheshire where you can commute in your car as there is parking available in the office.

Your new role
In this role you will deliver the general building surveying duties, including condition surveys, dilapidation instructions, liaising with tenants and landlords, undertake defect diagnosis and specification writing. This company offers support with APC and have got a track record of putting people through their chartership either down the GP surveying route or building surveying route.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be a degree qualified in building surveying with a couple of years experience in the industry. You will be an ambitious and motivated individual wanting to progress your career with a consultancy. You need to be eligible to work in the UK.
