LOOKING FOR A NEW INTERIM CONTRACT IN ESTATES SURVEYING?
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in Hertfordshire who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract. This is likely to be extended, as we have a contractor in this council already who's been there for close to 18 months!
You'll be focused on their commercial portfolio of mainly shops and small industrial units with a rent roll of about £5m. The majority of your work will be focused on clearing the backlog of rent reviews, service charges, lease renewals and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
The Council are working on a hybrid working model currently, where you're required to complete site inspections, but can work remotely the remainder of the time.
Ideally you'll be MRICS, but this is not essential. Experience in a Local Authority environment is ideal.
