Our client: A sizeable international consultancy firm operating in offices in over 70 countries.

Role of the Senior Cost Consultant:

Acting as the senior professional and leader of the project delivery team, you will set objectives, deliver to performance targets and ensure that the cost team have the necessary skills to deliver the project objectives, you will have involvement with the ownership of project costs from feasibility to final account and responsibility around:

Cost Planning/EstimatingProcurement/Contract AdviceTendering/Tender Analysis and ReportingContract DocumentsPost contract cost management including reporting/valuations and final accounts

Requirements of the Senior Cost Consultant:

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, holding MRICS Chartered Status and you will bring relevant office fitout/refurbishment experience gained in a similar environment, you will bring experience of leading a team of cost managers, setting and managing objectives and relevant experience of client management and winning additional work through service delivery excellence.
