Job Details
An established Surveying practice are seeking a reliable Building Surveyor to join them in their Surrey office.
As the new Building Surveyor, you will be joining an office of 15 mixed professionals between Surveyors and Architects. You'll have a predominantly project focus, on schemes across multiple sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, as well as many London Borough projects.
This role doesn't require you to be MRICS chartered, however preferred. If you are experienced in running and delivering projects, and keen to take your APC, full support will be given to ensure you pass.
The Building Surveyor
- Relevant experience (London Borough projects specifically)
- Ability to run and deliver projects
- Client facing and skills to maintain key relationships
- Strong mixed sector knowledge
- Clear communication both written and verbal
- Work well within a team setting

- £45,000 - £55,000
- Full APC support
- Parking paid
- 25 days holiday (rising to a max of 30 with service)
