Your new role
As a Fire engineer, your role will involve leading the fire engineering team at Bailey Partnership, it is likely that as you progress in this role that you'll be able to grow and expand your team of engineers across the South. Your work will be diverse and varied and would include provisions of reports associated with design projects for the architectural and building services team. The role will also encompass the initial review of fire safety documentation to determine whether the existing fire evaluation policy can remain, providing advice and support to the survey teams ensuring and issues get cascaded to the relevant figure heads.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have a good track record of managing projects from inception through to completion, and you may have been client-facing in previous roles, which would be a distinct advantage. A track record of working within and leading teams would be advantageous - and most importantly, you'll need to be passionate about fire safety! Due to the nature of this role, construction knowledge is crucial in a bid to fulfil the requirements of this critical post.

This role will offer a starting salary of between £70,000 - £80,000 dependent on level of experience.
