Job Details
An experienced firm of property specialists, in sales, lettings and property management, are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to support their central London team.
This firm specialise in property sales, lettings, and property management across the commercial and residential sectors. As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will be primarily carrying out acquisition surveys and dilapidations on a variety of properties, whilst the majority of your focus will be project bias.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be expected to support junior members of staff and will ideally have an ambition to continue their career progression. You will also be covering projects across London and within the M25.
