Commercial Valuation Surveyor – London – c£70k basic + Bonus
My client is a long established, multi office prime London practice providing wide ranging professional services to both the residential and commercial property sectors across Greater London.
Within their commercial division, they now seek a qualified Commercial Valuation Surveyor as follows:
- MRICS/FRICS qualified with VRS accreditation
- Experience of wide ranging commercial valuation inclusive of offices, shops and industrial units
- Familiar with lender and RICS requirements for commercial valuation (reporting formats, Red Book etc)
- 85% of work within London / Greater London, 15% home counties
The suitable Commercial Valuation Surveyor will come from a stable career background, live within (or in sensible range of) Greater London and have a preference for independent boutique practice over volume / corporate providers.
Salary for the successful Commercial Valuation Surveyor will include a basic up to £70k to start alongside fee income related bonuses plus a car and benefits.
