Quantity Surveyor

Amazing opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to work with an internationally renowned non-corporate multi-disciplined construction consultancy based out of their Reading office working across multiple sectors including residential, educational, and large industrial.

About the role

This well-established multi-disciplined consultancy works on projects all over the country with value ranging from £1-400 million from a large office network across the UK. Thanks to the unmatchable level of care and advice that they provide to each client they work on over 70 long-term framework agreements.

As a Quantity Surveyor based in our Reading office with over 70 employees covering a multitude of different disciplines, you will work on prestigious projects from large industrial, education and residential schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes. You will also work with interesting clients including health trusts, housing providers, local authorities, schools/universities, contractors, developers and more.

About you

You must have a RICS accredited degree and have experience working in the construction industry ideally from a consultancy background in one or more of the applicable sectors
