Job Details
Kent-based Interim Estates Surveyor Required!
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in Kent who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract.
You'll be working on a mixed portfolio, focusing on their rent review and lease renewal backlog. There will be some aspects of landlord and tenant management also. It's a coastal council, so you'll get to manage the seaside properties which diversifies your daily tasks!
Being MRICS isn't essential, but it is desirable.
You can work remotely, but will be required in the office/on site inspections 2 days per week.
