Job Details
A reliable and dedicated Senior Building Surveyor is now needed, to join a firm of trusted experts in the property market, in their London office.
As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will be working on various professional instructions including party wall, dilapidations, rights of light and condition surveys. As well as project management and contract admin on projects across the commercial and residential sector.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have excellent time management, as you will be responsible for conducting and managing your own work.
The Senior Surveyor
- MRICS qualified preferable
- Relevant industry experience
- Reliable and dedicated attitude
- Time management and organisation skills
- Professional bias
- Ability to work well within a team setting
