Due to continued growth, they are looking to grow their valuations team by appointing an assistant level surveyor who will receive excellent career development opportunities and full APC support. You will work alongside experienced chartered surveyors and will benefit from working in a forward-looking, high quality environment.

Your new role
As the Assistant Valuation Surveyor you will assist with the valuation of commercial and residential property across Essex and Suffolk. You will assist with a wide range of instructions including commercial lending, taxation, pension fund compliance and bridging. You will also be encouraged to work in other areas of the business depending on your interests e.g. landlord and tenant or asset management. This will provide a broad and interesting role which will enable you to complete your APC and you will benefit from further progression opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need an RICS accredited degree and have gained experience working with either residential or commercial property. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required.
