Your new role
As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for dealing with enquiries relating to maintenance, property repairs, monitoring works and supporting the property surveyors in respect of statutory compliance. You will be working with both residential and commercial properties across Essex and East London and will benefit from working in a small and supportive team environment.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you should have experience working within property maintenance including being able to demonstrate working knowledge of Health and Safety and property compliance. Access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
