Requirements of the Project Manager:

Degree in relevant fieldMRICS or working towards chartership in chosen fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in Project ManagementExperience of working on projects within the healthcare sector desirable but not essentialPrevious experience working within a construction consultancy is essentialProven track record of building and developing relationships with clientsExperience with contract administration and employer's agentExperience administrating NEC form of contract
