Long term career opportunity in Truro Cornwall with a highly successful firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators/ Project Managers.

This is an extremely well managed and well-established business with a strong pipeline of work, particularly busy in sectors such as one-off residential houses, housing developments, leisure and commercial and within this we have a significant level of repeat business with a great client base. With a strong focus on traditional PQS skills and the practice can boast a long-term low level of staff turnover with an excellent track record of staff development and progression alongside this.

As we continue to win new instructions, we are now looking for a Senior QS who has experience in managing projects from planning to completion to join the team. Strong pre and post contract Quantity Surveying skills are naturally important and ideally you would also already be MRICS qualified (but not essential) we are primarily looking for people with real passion and enthusiasm for the job.

This is a fantastic career opportunity for the right individual to join a friendly and professional team in a great environment and area of the country. In addition, they will be joining a QS team that works on exciting and exceptional residential developments with repeated work from award winning architects.
