Oundle School is one of the UK’s leading independent and day boarding schools. 

Throughout the town are their 160 prestigious buildings. With their charming, listed buildings, as well as their £24 million Sports Centre opened in 2020, they bring a unique and distinctive character to modern independent school education. 

With constant growth and plans to expand further, this is where you come in. 

You’ll take the lead on both the redevelopment of an old primary school to 60 bed girls boarding house (£12m), and a large day house refurbishment housing 240 pupils (£2m). As the backbone of the entire programme, responsibilities span to cover all areas of project management from inception to completion.  

These projects will be your babies and you’ll get the freedom to deliver. 

If you have a track record in delivering complex major construction projects and be a natural with stakeholder engagement, then this role is for you. 

This position will be on an initial 3-year fixed-term contract, which will give you added flexibility. If you’ve never worked client side before, you’ll get to try it out first.
