Projects: A variety of projects from public and private sectors

Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:

Quantity Surveying degreeMembership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or working towards chartershipDemonstrable UK construction consultancy experienceExperience of cost planning, cost management, value engineering, preparing tenders and contract documentPrevious experience of working across both public and private sectors is desirablePrevious experience of working on new build and refurb projects throughout the entire project lifecycleHold a valid UK Driving Licence

On offer for the Quantity Surveyor:

A starting salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experienceCar AllowanceCompany Pension Scheme Life Insurance Annual bonus Professional Subscription PaidFull training support given for APC Candidates
