Associate Director QS - Workplace Sector

Do you want to join a leading UK Construction Consultancy to lead a QS team and manage major commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects for blue chip clients in the London market?

This well-known consultancy has an excellent reputation and a wealth of experience in its Cost Management teams. The business has an excellent client base and covers all areas of the public and private sectors.

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join the Commercial team to work on new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects for key clients. This person will deliver QS services from inception to completion on major projects, working closely alongside the client teams. They will monitor a variety of projects at one time and be responsible for managing significant capital expenditure budgets. In addition to this, the AD will manage a team of Surveyors and work with the management team to develop new business opportunities.

Candidates for this role should have extensive Commercial sector experience and be MRICS qualified. They will ideally come from a professional cost consultancy background, but contractor or client-side experience will also be considered.
