Senior Project Manager

About the client;

Our client offers a number of services, including project management, building surveying, cost management, and architecture.

Primarily working through the defence, education, engineering, life & science and sports sectors.

Projects vary in complexity and value but are usually between £5million and £600 million.

About the role;

We are looking for a senior project manager, someone who has prior consultancy or client-side experience delivering projects on time and on budget, £10 million+ in value. This role would suit someone who is looking to further develop their career. This opportunity includes an idyllic office location in the Oxfordshire countryside.

Key responsibilities;

• Assist with the leading and managing of the project management team
• Delivery of project management services to clients across various sectors and project stages
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Management of existing client relationships and develop further opportunities

Key skills and experience;

• Must have prior experience working within a consultancy, successfully delivering projects from inception through to completion
• Have an excellent understanding of JCT forms of contracts
• The ability to lead successful delivery of multiple projects
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• The ability to lead teams and nurture more junior members of the team
• Ideally be MRICS but not essential
