A global property consultancy and firm of chartered surveyors has instructed Beach Baker to recruit an investment/capital markets surveyor to join their highly successful team based in Bristol.

We are looking for a self-motivated and confident Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to work on many prestigious instructions across the city and wider South West & South Wales Region. The successful candidate can already be in an Investment role locally or looking to relocate. We would also consider candidates currently in a valuation, development, L&T or occupational agency role who may have the ability to move across and develop their skills/career in this dynamic area of the property industry.

The individual will be expected to have strong negotiation skills, highly numerate with a good attention to detail and familiar with capital markets and investment valuation software.

The role will involve taking responsibility for developing and managing investment strategy for existing and new clients as well as fulfilling client's objectives and requirements in the acquisition and disposal of investment property and giving strategic advice on enhancing investment values.

We invite applications who are ambitious and motivated. Candidates who are MRICS with ideally 1 years post qualified experience will be considered. An investment background, or experience of investment management working with financial clients would be advantageous.
