The outfit have an excellent reputation and presence within the residential sector. They acquire sites, build the developments, and manage the developments once completed.

 

Their presence is global covering 3 asset classes across multiple European markets.

Experience with leading planning applications and/or leading large scale mixed-use residentially led developments would be advantageous.
