An exciting opportunity is newly available for an experienced Land Manager to join a top tier later living developer!

I have been exclusively instructed to find this key business hire and the opportunity comes with plenty of rewards, and prosperity.

The outfit have an established and impressive reputation in the London market, and through business growth they are expanding into the Midlands market.

Predominantly they focus on the later living sector, but they also have a background in developing mixed-use developments on larger sites.

This will be a lucrative opportunity, where you will be very well rewarded with real potential for you to achieve 100% bonus!!

Their office culture is great; the team get on well, and often have social events.

I understand that you might not have an updated CV but send over what you have and let’s have an initial chat to know if this is something worth discussing.
