Property & Asset Management – Senior Surveyor to Associate Director - (European travel)

Up to £65,000 plus package & benefits

An opportunity to manage some of London’s most prestigious office assets on behalf of a European Investment powerhouse. Work in tandem with Fund Asset Managers and take the chance to widen your network with quarterly European travel.

Experience in managing large office buildings and mixed commercial schemes is preferred but not essential, as well as a strong technical knowledge of service charge and Landlord & Tenant matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the transition of client/properties.
• Responsibility for provision of accurate insurance data to broker for renewal
• Responsibility for ensuring that all insurance premiums are recharged to tenants
• Reading of leases, ensuring accurate data is maintained on the property management system
• Ensure rent demands are raised accurately and on time
• Ensure all fee invoices are raised in accordance with contracts and paid promptly
• Review and approve service charge budgets
• Responsible for arranging and chairing tenant meetings
• Ensure client reports are prepared to the correct specifications and issued to clients in accordance with agreed timescales, subject to approval by line manager as required
