Associate Quantity Surveyor

Join one of the UK's leading property and construction multi-disciplined consultancies as an Associate Quantity Surveyor working with renowned clients on projects ranging from £100k-£100 million.

About the Role

This well-established consultancy works on projects all over the country working from 13 offices, previous examples include the Mary Rose Museum, Ascot Racecourse and Oxford University. Their partner lead approach has ensured an 80% repeat business rate with previous clients including the RNLI, Rolls Royce and the National Gallery, contributing to their continuously successful growth for over half a century.

As the Associate Quantity Surveyor you will be working in the Winchester office, leading the sub team of 8 Quantity Surveyors from the front reporting into the Senior Associate. You'll work on largely residential and commercial projects, fulfilling pre and post contract duties as well as get involved in monitoring.

About You

Ideally you will have MRICS status or be close to achieving it with my client's support. It is essential you've come from a consultancy background with proven experience in a senior role fulfilling leadership duties.
