We have been exclusively retained with a well-known Property Partnership, seeking to recruit a Divisional Director for Building Surveying or a Senior Associate with strong leadership qualities.

This long established SME (circa 100 employees), has arguably the best reputation for specialist property advice across all sectors, for London (Central & Regional) and the South East with leads and opportunities regularly coming in-bound as a result.

Known for packaging services like a corporate to compete comfortably with the industries bigger names, yet maintain the cultural feeling and benefits associated with a small partnership.

The building surveying department has the scope to be one of the top performing in the business under the right leadership, and we can offer unrivalled incentives for the leader in-charge.

As the successful applicant, you will see this as a unique and exciting project and will thrive whilst leading from the front to complete dilapidations, condition surveys as well as any specialist work within your capabilities.

In addition, you will tasked with managing a small but busy commercial building surveying department, running the P&L and reporting upwards. You will proudly review processes, clients and will be given the freedom to grow / shape the department your way, with the help and support from senior partners at the firm.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity with interviews to be scheduled imminently.
