Job Details

A medium-sized, national multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy in Leeds are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their tight knit team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Director of the Leeds office in delivering an array of work including healthcare, education, and residential projects.

As a multidisciplinary consultancy, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the option to either undertake a full Quantity Surveying role or diversify into Project Management or Employer's Agent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team with impressive plans for growth over the next 2 years. The role comes with unrivalled opportunity for progression to Director within 5 years, possibly sooner depending on experience.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Ideally MRICS or committed to achieving MRICS
  • A RICS accredited degree qualification is beneficial
  • Comfortable in a client facing role
  • UK Cost Consultancy/Private Practice background
