Development Surveyor opportunity in central Essex

You will be joining their central Essex office in their small, but growing development team who work on predominantly residential development projects across Essex. Clients include private landowners, local authorities, developers and fund managers. Your new role
As the Senior Development Surveyor you will maintain and develop a pipeline of advisory and agency instructions whilst working closely with other teams in the business such as rural and planning to maximise cross-selling opportunities. This will include promoting development opportunities to clients, advising on sales and working alongside independent consultants to provide consultancy and valuation advice.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will need to be MRICS or at the latter stages of your APC. Knowledge of residential development, particularly within the Essex market is highly beneficial. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
