Valuation Surveyor - Graduate / Assistant Level

A highly regarded firm of chartered surveyors are currently looking for a Surveyor to join their London Valuation Team to work on 'Red Book' commercial and residential investment valuations. The ideal candidate will be someone that has 12 months experience and has already commenced their APC.

Alternatively, consideration will also be given to a very good graduate in a with a RICS accredited degree that had a significant amount of Valuation modules within it, you should also have a  2:1 or 1st, and have solid work experience in a reputable firm during your studies.

The role will entail undertaking valuations for a range of purposes across the region focusing on commercial, high end residential and investment property types. Full APC support will be given by the firm that has a strong track record of producing top tier chartered surveyors. This is a good opportunity to gain your professional MRICS qualifications whilst working with industry experts.

As stated, all candidates must have recently completed a RICS accredited degree and be committed to completing their APC.
