The Industrial sector is blowing up! Are you ready to be a part of it? 

With shops, restaurants and everything in-between moving into industrial sheds and warehouses with a bid to get products to everyone, this area of the commercial world is busier than ever!  

Are you looking to make that move from Consultancy and finally take that move into Client side? Fancy being the landlord for once? Well, I am currently representing a very lucrative position within the estates team of one of the worlds largest logistical giants.

In this position you would be part of a small team who are responsible for over 20 million SQFT of industrial assets spread across over 300 facilities. You will be doing a mix of property and asset management as well as acquisitions, disposals, L+T works and much more. This is not a standard management position you will cover a range of responsibilities.

What’s needed from you? MRICS is essential and a strong knowledge of the L+T act is needed. This role is very flexible and a portfolio which will be tailored to your location. They are looking for someone who can just hit the ground running and doesn’t need much management.
