Hotel Valuation & Feasibility – Surveyor / Senior / Associate Director – London

Are you an experienced Hotel Valuer looking to move to a market leader or a Commercial Valuation Surveyor keen to forge a career within one of the most interesting and diverse markets ?

An industry leading Hotel Valuation and Advisory team are looking to grow their team in London. The role will entail advising a range of clients including operators, lenders and investors across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking valuation and advisory mandates for single asset and portfolios.
• Providing valuations for both lending and acquisition purposes
• Assisting in feasibility studies  
• Liaising with clients and managing instructions from start to finish

Requirements

• MRICS
• Experience in trade related valuation and advanced MS excel skills would be highly beneficial.
