An esteemed Real Estate and Commercial Property company with a well upheld reputation are looking for a Director Level Project Manager to join their Birmingham team. You will be joining a successful team of 14 working on projects across a range of sectors including Education, Commercial and Industrial, with project values up to £50m.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable experience and success of project managing across a broad range of sectors, project types and sizes from the outset to the finished project including refurbishments, new builds and fit outs. You will be required to work both as part of a dynamic, supportive team and autonomously across projects to provide the high-class service expected of the team. 

Role responsibilities will include, but are in no means limited to:

  • Lead client pitches and presentations
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Manage the delivery of projects at a strategic level, including preparation of the full suite of project control documentation and to inform and advise clients of their options and propose appropriate strategies collaboratively
  • Support company business development wherever possible, while assisting other departments and professionals
  • Maintain committed customer focused delivery and outcomes

Person Specification:

  • MRICS qualified or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering projects to completion in the Industrial and Logistics sector
  • Diplomatic and ethical with strong integrity
  • Highly motivated and organised
  • Prepared to lead and inspire
  • Vision to develop complex solutions and strategies
