One of the UK’s top Building Consultancies are looking for a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. Commercially focussed covering a range of professional services with current projects including The British Museum; Fabrick Square and Snow Hill Wharf. You will be joining a team of 25 Building Surveyors in Birmingham, with a management team of 3, within a collective environment that strive for honesty, expertise and professionalism.

The ideal candidate would have experience within a consultancy background and will have a background within building pathology. You must have a good ability of working collaboratively with your team and able to manage your own diary. You will also have requirement to assist with the training and development of junior members of the team.

Person Specification:

 

  • RICS Chartered
  • Experience within building pathology
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Salary of up to £65k and benefits including pension and private healthcare. You will be joining a consistently growing team with room to develop. The team also offers a hybrid working policy with the understanding that you do work from the office two days a week.
