Quantity Surveyor opportunity in north Essex

Your new company
Excellent opportunity to join a specialist Quantity Surveying consultancy with offices across East Anglia. Due to growth of the business, they are opening a new office in north Essex and therefore are looking to appoint a team of Quantity Surveyors.

Your new role
As the Quantity Surveyor you will be involved with projects across a range of sectors including residential, office, retail and industrial. You will be involved in a range of duties including providing cost advice and cost plans, advising on contractual matters, agreeing final accounts and supporting the project managers on site. You will work with an experienced team of MRICS Quantity Surveyors and will benefit from working within a peer group across the organisation. You will also receive full APC support (if required) and will benefit from working with APC assessors.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need a Quantity Surveying or related degree and have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment. You will need to live within commutable distance of Essex and will be required to supply a vehicle for work purposes.
