Based in Stamford, but working on assignments UK-wide and internationally, MorePeople recruits in the food, fresh produce, horticulture, land and retail supply chain. We are a team of driven professionals who want to succeed, earn well and have fun whilst doing so. Rural Professionals Recruiter

Come and join our Rural Professionals Team. This team is made up of recruiters who have a background and a passion for all things rural. They work with Rural Surveyors, Wayleaves Officers, Agricultural Business Consultants, Land Agents, Forestry Managers, Land Agents and many more.

Team Managers and Associate Directors

Are you cut out for management? One of the toughest jobs in the recruitment world is that of a billing manager. Caring for and developing a team at the same time as growing a market and managing your own personal billings is a big ask but for those who can deliver on all those things comes massive rewards. We know that as we grow, we are going to need more Managers, Associate Directors and Directors. Our support and training will make that career development a reality and we are currently setting new share schemes in place to pay back to key individuals with long-term incentive plans.
