INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR REQUIRED IN EAST ANGLIA
Park Avenue are working on behalf of a Local Authority in Essex, who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-6 month contract.
Your main duty will be to work through the backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals following the pandemic. There will be some requirement to assist with landlord and tenant relations.
This work is on a mixed portfolio, but mostly their commercial properties.
They're currently working on a hybrid arrangement, where they need you in office twice per week, one of which where you'll be out for site inspections.
MRICS is required, as is previous Local Authority experience.
