Home based Residential Valuer opportunity in Essex

Excellent opportunity to join a small, privately owned Chartered Surveyors and Valuers based in central Essex who have been operating for over thirty years. The organisation prides themselves on delivering high quality services across Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk. The company's head office is in central Essex but you will be predominantly home based.

Your new role
As the Residential Valuer you will be responsible for completing both residential valuations and home buyers surveys. You will be given a quota of surveys to complete within the week and you can decide when to do your site visits and when you write your reports. As an example, you can complete your visits in the morning and then write the reports in the evening if you prefer not to work in the afternoon. The flexibility the organisation offers makes this an excellent role to fit in with family commitments.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS and a RICS registered Valuer. Access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential as you will be required to travel to inspect properties regularly. You should live within commutable distance of Essex, Suffolk or Hertfordshire.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary, plus car allowance and fuel card, 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays and pension. After 12 months in the business, you will be eligible to receive a bonus based on the number of surveys you complete.
