Your new company
Hays are delighted to be working exclusively with a market leading Business and Property consultancy to recruit a graduate into their Ipswich office. They offer advisory, consultancy and valuation services for businesses across a wide range of specialist sectors, from Hotels to Pharmacies. This is an amazing opportunity to work in their central Ipswich office, working on incredible diverse portfolios with blue chip clients, you will be mentored by two chartered and experienced valuation surveyors with bespoke and tailored APC support to help you become a chartered surveyor.

Your new role
You will be joining the valuation team, who sit on panels for large corporate clients, and major banks, across the East Anglia and North London area. You will be mentored by two senior members of the team, where you will have exposure to all areas of the Ipswich business. You will learn how to conduct red book valuations for your corporate clientele, run business interviews, offer expert consultancy guidance to businesses, and advice for commercial valuations to your own clients. You will receive support with your APC work from pivotal members of the business across the UK, you will also be joining other graduates across the business as they progress through their chartership journey. The Ipswich team have a 100% success rate on assisting their graduates to become chartered on their first attempt.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you'll have an RICS accredited degree, with an interest to pursue valuation modules through your APC. You will be inquisitive, keen to learn and excited to progress your knowledge and skillset. You will also have a desire to become a chartered surveyor and be prepared to enrol on the APC programme.
