Freelance / Consultant Residential Surveyors Required / Private Instruction (No Lenders) – Multiple Locations
We are currently working with a well-established, independent (but national) private practice firm who specialise in the provision of bespoke residential surveying services for private clients/individuals UK wide.
Specialising in non-lender/private Valuations, Building Surveys and Homebuyers Reports, our client is not constrained by the usual formats enabling a quality focus. You will need to have your own PII in place, but this DOES NOT need to cover secured lending. If you are unsure – please get in touch as we are happy to discuss options/criteria.
Through a combination of factors, they now seek additional Freelance Residential Surveyors in the following locations URGENTLY:
Basingstoke, Bath, Bournemouth, Bradford, Brighton, Bristol, Canterbury, Cardiff, Carlisle, Chester, Darlington, Derby, Eastbourne, Exeter, Halifax, Huddersfield, Ipswich, Leeds, Middlesbrough, Oxford, Portsmouth, Preston, Reading, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Swansea, Swindon, York
Suitable Freelance Residential Surveyors will need to offer a minimum of 2 days availability per week in return for which they can expect comprehensive booking and back-office support, 60/40 fee splits and as much work as they can handle on their contracted days (with no exclusivity obligation).
If your existing freelance arrangements aren’t delivering what you require for any reason, you wish to move away from panel work for the purpose of lowering your PII premium or simply have a personal preference/wish to diversify to secure a more consistent workload, we are likely to have a lucrative independent alternative (or supplement) to fit the bill.
