Property Management - Surveyor / Senior Surveyor

A highly regarded global consultancy is currently looking to add a Commercial Property Manager’s to their growing teams in Birmingham and Bristol. They are well-renowned for their expertise, as well as providing team members the highest quality of training, with transparent promotion pathways.

You will be responsible for a range of commercial trophy assets, including grade A offices, out-of-town retail parks, and large industrial units between 50,000 – 300,000 sq. ft. The majority of the properties which you manage will be on behalf of national funds, and be local to your region. The role will include traditional property management responsibilities such as service charge collection, budgeting, and coordinating with on-site facility managers. You will further be responsible for reporting to clients, and implementing asset management initiatives.
