Location: Ipswich, and surroundings. To cover Suffolk.

We are a well-established, highly regarded and busy Independent Partnership of Chartered Surveyors, who are looking to appoint a Full-Time Residential Surveyor to join our team and work in the Suffolk area.

We offer an extensive range of surveying related services to the highest standards. The work will be predominantly Level 1,2,3 Home Survey Reports for private clients.

There will also be an opportunity to undertake and upskill on other aspects of survey and valuation. i.e. occasional probate, matrimonial valuations, or for those with the skill set party wall work, schedules of condition and advice on building pathology.

This is a unique and interesting opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and is being offered on a remote (home working) or office basis with immediate start.

On Offer is:

A Highly Competitive Basic Salary £50,000 - £60,000 plus realistic Turnover Related Bonus Scheme with OTE of £75,000 plus. This will easily be achieved by the right applicant.
