Planned Works Surveyor

Your new role
As a Planned Works Surveyor, your role will be assisting the delivery of planned and cyclical work within the Housing stock of approximately 4000 properties including houses, bungalows, garages, and communal grounds. Using your exception communication skills, you will supervise contractors and consultant in ensuring that all works undertaken are done with quality in mind. You will also be expected to prepare specifications and tender contracts for any major repairs and inspect both progressive and completed works are done to the require standard and within keeping of statutory regulations.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful to you will have a HNC in building construct (or other similar discipline), have experience delivering minor projects. You will have previous experience in the delivery of planned works within occupied property. You will be an effective and concise communicator, and remain 'customer-facing' in your approach.
