Brilliant opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join an independent Real Estate consultancy in Croydon. You will be exposed to a prestigious client portfolio working across the commercial, private residential and industrial sectors.

About the role

An established construction consultancy who boasts over 150 employees across 8 different offices. The practice prides themselves in delivering tailored and accurate advice within the built environment. The building consultancy department is an essential cog in the organisation's success. Due to organic growth and a healthy pipeline of instructions an opportunity has arisen in the building surveying team.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor you will be working collaboratively within close-knit team of professional individuals. Their hands on approach and proactive approach continues personal and career development through growth programmes.

You will support the Lead Director on several multi-million pound schemes across the London and the South East. Duties include delivering projects from inception to completion, managing external stakeholders and spotting new business opportunities. You will encompass both professional and project disciplines on programmes up to £4million.
