Senior/Executive Quantity Surveyor

Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading and most progressive property and construction consultancies working across multiple sectors including private and public residential, retail, commercial and education.

About the Role

Established over 130 years ago this international consultancy consistently delivers multi-million-pound award winning projects across 15 different sectors; such as the Peninsula hotel in Paris, JFK airport in New York and the Scalpel in London.

As a Senior or Executive Quantity Surveyor, out of the 19 offices in the UK you will join the Milton Keynes office, lead by service and the close knit Quantity Surveying team consisting of 4 others. You will work on a range of projects from £200k up to £50 mill with responsibilities including a combination of pre and post contract cost management, managing your own projects and leading the team from the front.

About You

You will be a confident, experience Quantity Surveyor who's comfortable managing projects as well as relationships, both with private clients and colleagues. You will have a background in construction consultancy, working on either residential, hotel or commercial projects. Ideally you will also be MRICS or on your way towards achieving it with my clients support and mentorship.
